Red X preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit/reporting systemsStrong attention to detail and process focusAbility to identify systemic gaps and drive sustainable improvementsEffective communicator with strong report-writing skills and high integrity and accountabilityAbility to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume manufacturing environmentMAIN DUTIES:Execute internal audits (system, process, product) aligned to IATF 16949 and Magna standardsMaintain compliance to GM BIQS, Stellantis CQS, and other OEM-specific requirementsConduct Layered Process Audit (LPA) validation and effectiveness checksSupport customer audits, IATF certification audits, and corporate assessmentsDocument audit findings and lead/support structured problem solving (5-Why, 8D, Red X)Drive timely closure of corrective actions and verify effectivenessEscalate systemic risks impacting quality system performanceSupport Safe Launch, error-proofing (poka-yoke), and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain and improve QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, audit standards)Ensure document control compliance per Magna and IATF requirementsSupport Management Review with audit results, trends, and KPI analysisMonitor key metrics, audit completion vs. plan, repeat findings / systemic issuesPrepare clear, concise audit summaries for leadership and customer reviewsPartner with Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality,
