As the Lead Civil Estimator, you will oversee all facets of estimating and pre-construction phases. This role requires a solid background in civil construction estimating and the ability to implement bidding strategies effectively. You will develop talent, manage RFPs, budgets, and conceptual estimates, ensuring quality and accuracy as you mentor future leaders in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead civil estimating for diverse projects across various delivery methods
• Develop project-specific bid strategies and analysis for ROI
