Procor seeks an Experienced Supervisor for its Sarnia location. This crucial full time role involves managing welding operations and enhancing team performance for production goals.
As a key member of Procor's leadership team, you will directly report to the Assistant Plant Manager. This Supervisor role requires at least three years of supervisory experience and hands-on welding training. You will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, guiding your team, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise hourly staff and manage the welding operations effectively
• Provide training in welding techniques for enhanced skill development

Requirements:
