Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and temperature procedures to prevent contamination
Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes to guests
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen procedures




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly processes
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and efficiency
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work comfortably in a busy kitchen setting
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during service shifts
