Duties
Assist residents and clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities meticulously
Provide compassionate senior care, including companionship, emotional support, and engaging activities tailored to individual needs
Support individuals with disabilities by implementing personalized care strategies that enhance their comfort and well-being
Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition while respecting dietary restrictions and preferences




Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and protected environment for residents and clients
Monitor health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals, and document observations thoroughly

Qualifications
Previous experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in senior care, dementia care, or caring for individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is essential
Solid caregiving skills with a genuine passion for supporting others’ health and happiness
Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare providers
Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent is required; ongoing training or certification updates are encouraged
