Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following established protocols and document all medication-related activities
Support seniors through companionship, engagement, and emotional encouragement
Feeding assist
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in living spaces and common areas
Monitor health status, report changes to healthcare professionals, and document observations diligently
Provide specialized dementia care by implementing personalized routines and ensuring safety protocols are followed





Skills
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued but not required.
Demonstrated experience in senior care or home care environments
Knowledge of caregiving best practices, including medication administration and hygiene support
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or those experiencing dementia
Solid communication skills to interact empathetically with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Capable of performing light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
Compassionate attitude combined with patience, reliability, and attention to detail
