We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and enjoys being part of a hardworking crew.
Responsibilities
Operate excavators safely and efficiently on landscaping and construction projects
Perform grading, trenching, excavation, backfilling, and site preparation
Load and move materials as required
Read and interpret site plans and grades
Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work closely with crew members to ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
Assist with general labour duties when equipment operation is not required
Qualifications
Previous experience operating excavators (required)
Experience with landscape construction or civil construction is considered an asset
Ability to grade accurately and work around existing utilities and structures
Valid driver's licence (AZ or DZ licence is an asset)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Solid work ethic with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
