Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep zones, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations




Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
Experience with food preparation or kitchen support roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest services and upselling techniques
