Role Description The Dispensary Technician is a full-time, in office role based in Toronto, ON. In this position, the team member assists customers in selecting cannabis products, providing accurate information on product features, effects, and responsible use.

Daily tasks include greeting and engaging customers, processing sales transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed, and adhering to all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with a diverse customer base.
Solid product knowledge or willingness to learn about cannabis products, strains, formats, and responsible consumption.
Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems, with attention to accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
Experience or aptitude in inventory management, including stock control, product rotation, and maintaining organized displays.
Ability to follow regulatory requirements and store operating procedures, including ID verification and privacy guidelines.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort working in a rapid-paced retail environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on safety.
Previous retail or cannabis industry experience is an asset; knowledge of Toronto and Ontario cannabis regulations is beneficial.
