Lead front-of-house team during events
Oversee event execution and guest experience
Welcome guests and address inquiries professionally
Assist with food and beverage service efficiently
Adapt to changing event needs seamlessly Requirements:
Experience in banquet or high-volume service
Strong communication and guest interaction skills
Ability to remain composed in rapid-paced settings
Smart Serve Certification is required
