Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes under supervision
Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and maintaining a tidy work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and equipment
Help with meal prep activities during busy hours to facilitate smooth service flow
Maintain inventory levels of dishware, utensils,



and cleaning supplies; notify management of supply needs
Contribute positively to team efforts by staying motivated, adaptable, and proactive in supporting kitchen operations

Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Knowledge of food handling safety practices and adherence to sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and focus
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques such as chopping, measuring, or assembling ingredients
Solid commitment to cleanliness, organization, and safety within a fast-paced kitchen setting
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and learning new skills
Familiarity with serving procedures or previous restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory
