About the Ontario Electrical League The Ontario Electrical League (OEL) is a non-profit organization committed to advancing Ontario's electrical industry through workforce development, industry collaboration, training initiatives, and member engagement.

Job Summary The Ontario Electrical League is seeking a highly organized and motivated Event and Program Support Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, while providing administrative and project support for a variety of workforce development and industry initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of OEL led events.
Assist in managing major annual events from planning and design through post-event follow-up.
Coordinate event logistics, communications, registrations, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide administrative and project support for organizational initiatives and programs.
Perform general office and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience planning and delivering events
Comfortable speaking with groups and building positive relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and administrative skills.

Working Arrangement
Full-time, in-office position.
Five (5) days per week at the Ontario Electrical League office in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Contract position ending June 29, 2027.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
