Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.

Work Hours: Mondays to Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 1:45 AM

Responsibilities
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Monitor production output and implement process improvements
Train, coach and supervise production team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Foster a culture of safety and ensure guidelines are followed
Promote cleanliness and organization in the facility
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency

Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated application of 5S, corrective actions, and lean manufacturing methodologies
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Solid prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent multitasking,



decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Proficient with computers and technology
Robust commitment to protected work practices
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a calm, solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑paced environment.
Effective team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) systems is an asset
Experience with Oracle / ERP systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
