Duties
Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including ingredient prep and assembly
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dishwashing stations
Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Help with organizing supplies and restocking items as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped
Follow all food safety regulations and proper sanitation protocols at all times




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours

Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending
Basic understanding of cooking processes and meal preparation techniques is a plus
Robust attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with others
