Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen setting, supporting food service operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in food handling, cleaning, and hospitality settings, with opportunities to gain further culinary and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain cleanliness
Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and plating assistance
Ensure all kitchen areas meet sanitation standards and safety protocols
Help with general cleaning duties within the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with catering or banquet setups when required
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours

Requirements




Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and basic kitchen operations is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts and hospitality operations
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
