Responsibilities
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, ensuring all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team in a quick-paced setting
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations




Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping floors, and disposing of waste appropriately
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service periods
Adhere to all safety protocols related to food service, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is Must.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
Familiarity with kitchen operations or cooking processes can enhance your effectiveness in this role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential qualities
Prior experience in hotel or food service industries demonstrates adaptability in quick-paced settings
