Oversee Extended Producer Responsibility programs at Recycle NB in Fredericton, Current Brunswick. As a Program Manager, you'll enhance waste management and promote sustainability across the province. Recycle NB is looking for a self-motivated EPR Program Manager to ensure compliance and execution of environmental programs.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll engage with stakeholders, manage program metrics, and support government efforts towards circular economy practices. This position is critical in fostering responsible environmental stewardship and community engagement through waste reduction initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Implement best practices in program evaluation and performance
Address compliance issues and report on program success




Facilitate consultations with community and regulated parties
Develop compliance guidelines and support materials
Conduct data analysis and reporting for program effectiveness Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field with at least five years of experience
Robust project management and documentation capabilities
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards
Excellent communication skills in English
