We are looking for a part-time dishwasher/kitchen prep candidate to work at our Woodbridge location.
Responsibilities:
Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans manually or by using dishwashers.
Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or washing fruits.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces and emptying garbage.
Follow proper health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Support the kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting food service deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn and develop recent skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety practices.
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
