As a successful candidate you must have a sense of urgency, ability to problem solve, versatile and possess a can-do attitude to go along with your strong work ethic and qualified demeanor. You should enjoy a rapid-paced ever-changing workplace, be task focused and be able to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License (Class 5)
Requirements
Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes, and specifications.
Ability to perform detailed and accurate material take-offs.
The desire to seek out the most efficient and effective way to solve problems and complete tasks.
Ability to meet strict bid submission timelines.
Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
High-quality standards and confidence.
Valuable typing, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.
Strong communication skills and willingness to call contactors and clients to discuss the proposals and vendors to discuss materials and pricing.
Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.
Ability to learn the company’s measuring/accounting/inventory software.
