Franchise Development Administrator

Position Summary The Franchise Development Administrator manages the administrative operations, compliance frameworks, and assists in the initial sales lead workflows that fuel brand expansion. This role acts as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, assists with tracking the sales pipeline, and assists with preparing the documentation lifecycle from inquiry to contract execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Intake & Sales Pipeline Tracking
Conduct high-energy introductory phone calls to qualify incoming leads based on capital and territory requirements.
Assist the Franchise Sales Director in managing the CRM lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of lead information.
Attend franchise trade shows to represent the brand, collect candidate information, and pitch the franchise model.
Ensure the CRM pipeline database reflects accurate candidate data, timelines, and touchpoints daily.




Schedule meetings for Sales Director and ensure minutes from sales team meetings are organized and compiled into lead management reports

Compliance & Document Management
Prepare Agreements: Assist with preparing Franchise Disclosure Documents and preparing final execution -ready franchise agreements.
Process executed franchise agreements – organize, scan and distribute final franchise agreements to appropriate departments
Archive files and secure digital files for newly approved locations and store transfers.
Coordinate collecting background information from candidates including application forms, credit checks, background checks, and asset verifications for all applicants moving to disclosure.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
