Job Summary

Location - Calgary

Responsibilities and Duties
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and fixtures in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to complete installations accurately.
Install and terminate conduits, cables, panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, receptacles, and control systems.
Perform electrical testing, commissioning, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance.




Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and carry out repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
Ensure all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), provincial regulations, project specifications, and company quality standards.
Follow all health and safety policies, conduct hazard assessments, and adhere to lockout/tagout (LOTO) and secure work procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
Must have experience in Commercial Projects.
Education Requirement: Construction Electrician Journeyman - Completion of the Apprenticeship program & Red Seal
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$48.00 per hour
