Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover esthetic techniques, spa operations, client management, and industry standards
Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and practical demonstrations to enhance student learning
Assess student progress through evaluations, assignments, and hands-on skill assessments
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure curriculum relevance




Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing careers in esthetics and spa management
Collaborate with program coordinators to develop new courses or update existing content based on industry developments

Requirements
Proven experience in esthetics, skincare therapy, or spa management with a strong skilled background
Prior classroom experience or teaching experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in esthetics and spa operations
Ability to create a supportive learning setting that fosters growth and confidence
Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, assessments, and student records
Certification or licensure in esthetics or related fields as required by local regulations
