Lead the transition to a unified Salesforce instance for all entities
Manage the integration of multiple ERP systems effectively
Coordinate training programs to empower users on current systems




Troubleshoot application issues and liaise with vendors when necessary
Maintain documentation of system changes and updates Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business application administration
Proven ability to design workflows and custom solutions
Experience with at least 1 major ERP implementation
Relevant degree preferred; salesforce certification desirable
