Experience
Previous experience in construction or a related field.
Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Knowledge of concrete and ICF.
Ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday.
A solid willingness to learn current skills and techniques related to construction processes.
