Board members participate in critical governance and have monthly meetings to shape the organization's direction and initiatives. Your experience will drive positive changes in senior living. Key Responsibilities:
Attend monthly Board meetings from September through June
Engage actively in a designated Board Committee
Commit to an initial three-year term with potential renewal
Contribute to strategic governance discussions
Represent the interests of the community and residents Requirements:
Prior experience in health, IT, HR, or real estate fields
Governance experience is a beneficial asset
Availability for some in-person meetings
Commitment to community health service
