We are a focused finishing carpentry company specializing in high-quality interior finish work for new multi-unit residential buildings. Our projects typically range from 60 to 200+ units. We value precision, speed, teamwork and consistent quality on site.
What You’ll Be Doing (On-the-job training and skill development for candidates who already have some carpentry experience and want to grow in finish work)
Install prehung interior doors (single, double, pocket and barn)
Install door and window trim, baseboards and casing
Install closet shelving systems and related hardware
Install kitchen cabinetry, vanities and related hardware
Install door hardware, bathroom hardware and closet hardware
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow site safety protocols
Work efficiently as part of a production-oriented team
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in interior finish carpentry (multi-unit residential preferred)
Ability to work accurately and productively in a production environment
Comfortable using common hand and power tools
Reliable, detail-oriented and safety-conscious
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (asset)
Ability to lift and handle materials (doors, cabinets, etc.)
