Lead R&D; for 112G/224G Ethernet SerDes IP development
Strategize on execution planning, staffing, and commitments
Facilitate technical alignment across multidisciplinary teams




Collaborate with product management to define engineering plans
Manage resolution of critical customer issues from triage to correction Requirements:
BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
15+ years in semiconductor development and engineering leadership
Proven experience managing impactful engineering teams
Solid SerDes PHY digital development understanding
