Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Food Service / Front-End Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
Prepare and deliver food to catering rooms as required
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and workstations
Clean and stock the front of the café, ensuring a well-presented workplace




Restock supplies and ensure displays are organized and appealing
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist kitchen staff as needed
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally
