We are seeking an experienced Finance leader to oversee FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close activities while managing a small team and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial reports and executive presentations.
Lead and mentor a small finance team.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Support cash management, financial planning, and compliance activities.

Required Skills
10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
CPA designation required.
Robust FP&A; experience (Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modeling, Variance Analysis).
Experience managing financial close processes.
Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.

Nice to Have
Anaplan experience.
IT Finance experience.
AI exposure.
Experience in large enterprise finance settings.
