We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Duties
Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and skilled demeanor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
Handle food items safely, following all guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
Participate in training sessions related to hospitality, food preparation, and safety protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Food Handling certification level 1
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment.
