We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning outcomes
Create a protected, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
Manage classroom routines, including transitions, meal times, nap times, and activities with solid organizational skills
Use computer skills to document student progress, maintain records, and prepare educational materials
Lead activities that foster social skills, creativity,



language development (English and French), and emotional regulation

Requirements
Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare and special education
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly preferred to support diverse language needs
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
Ability to operate computers and educational software for documentation and lesson planning purposes
Classroom experience demonstrating leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is an asset
Passion for teaching, nurturing young minds, and fostering inclusive learning environments
