The functional team will connect Finance, Foodbuy, Culinary, Pricing, Envision, Marketing, and Operations into a coordinated affordability ecosystem.

The Financial Analyst will be the analytical backbone of the COE, responsible for three major pillars:
Pricing & Revenue Analytics
Cost & Consumer Value Analytics
Labour & Productivity Analytics

The role will identify and quantify opportunities to improve transaction growth, affordability, food cost, labour productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability across Compass Canada's business portfolio.
