Job Overview In this role, we are looking for hard-working and reliable individuals to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires individuals who are comfortable working at heights.

Duties include but are not limited to: gutter cleaning and/or repairs, ivy/vine removal and installation of eavestroughs, downspouts, and leaf guards. Responsibilities
Safely remove debris, leaves, and dirt from eavestroughs using hand tools and power tools to ensure proper water flow.
Install current eavestrough systems on residential or commercial buildings, following technical specifications and safety standards.
Conduct routine inspections of existing eavestroughs to identify damage or blockages requiring maintenance or repair.




Use facilities maintenance skills to repair or replace damaged sections of eavestroughs, ensuring secure fittings and proper alignment.
Clean work sites thoroughly after completing installations or repairs, adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain work performed, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, pliers, and wrenches; familiarity with power tools is a plus.
Prior experience in this field
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling ladders, equipment, or materials.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and outdoor environments.
A valid Ontario driver's license
Working at heights certification
