We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who excels in detail-oriented and compliance-driven settings. Contribute to our commitment to sustainable practices while leading our quality team. As the Quality Manager at our regulated manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for comprehensive oversight of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485.

This role requires over 5 years of experience in quality management, especially within manufacturing sectors such as medical devices. You will be actively involved on the production floor, fostering a robust culture of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage quality systems to meet ISO 13485 standards
Interact directly with operations to uphold quality measures




Lead audits from internal and third-party sources
Promote continuous improvement practices within teams
Cultivate and develop a skilled quality team Requirements:
5+ years in quality management roles
Mandatory hands-on ISO 13485 familiarity
Experience in high-volume manufacturing settings
Knowledge of CAPA and root cause analysis
