Entry-Level Sales Representative – Used Vehicle Sales

RK Motors is expanding with a new location, and we're looking for ambitious, outgoing people to join our sales team. No previous automotive sales experience is required—we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

If you're comfortable talking with people, enjoy using social media, and are motivated by unlimited earning potential, this could be the prospect you're looking for.

Responsibilities
Create and manage vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms.
Respond quickly to online inquiries and generate new sales leads.
Call, text, and follow up with potential customers.
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
Meet individual sales and appointment goals.

Qualifications




No experience required—we'll train the right person.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, social media, and smartphones.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Valid driver's license.
