Control food & paper by managing daily logs and production charts
Ensure flawless execution of product launches and promotions
Resolve guest issues and minimize potential challenges
Train current team members and reinforce health & safety policies
Coach and discipline staff as necessary for team improvement

Requirements:
Reliable transportation due to location outside city limits
6 months to 1 year quick serve experience required
Ability to work full time afternoon shifts from 12p to 11p
Robust counting ability for cash handling
Previous Tim Hortons experience preferred
