Become a valued Physiotherapist at Bayshore Therapy & Rehab. Focus on delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and education to clients in multiple settings. This position is guided by the Manager of Rehabilitation and involves client evaluations, developing personalized treatment programs, and managing comprehensive clinical documentation. You’ll work alongside other health specialists to improve client outcomes and provide education about treatment plans.

Your responsibilities will also include supervising Rehabilitation Assistants and engaging in all quality improvement initiatives as per regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and establish treatment goals based on client needs
Maintain detailed clinical records according to standards




Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
Educate clients on treatment options and progress
Supervise and support Rehabilitation Assistants' activities Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
At least two years of relevant experience preferred
Knowledge in home assessment and WSIB processes desired
