This field-based position is focused on education, reimbursement, and comprehensive care. As a key member of the Patient Access and Education team, you will facilitate patient journeys by providing resources and coordination for therapy initiation and maintenance.
Your role as a trusted contact is vital for building relationships and ensuring access to necessary therapies and support services. The position demands a proactive approach to patient needs. Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for patient support
Educate on reimbursement processes and access challenges
Coordinate infusion center readiness and support
Build relationships with healthcare providers and staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field
8+ years of healthcare experience, including patient services
Working knowledge of coverage and access processes
Solid skills in communication and problem-solving
Ability to travel frequently and work independently Contribute to empowering patients through effective coordination and education in this impactful role.
