We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Excavator/Machine Operator to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy equipment to support diverse construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on every job site. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on experience will be vital in executing tasks that keep projects moving forward with momentum and excellence.

Responsibilities
Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and other heavy machinery with precision and safety.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, horizontal drilling, and other construction activities.
Follow project plans and specifications to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and site conditions.




Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements
Proven experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and other heavy machinery in a construction setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment such as Caterpillar models.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent for transporting equipment when necessary.
Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques and paving operations is highly desirable.
Ability to operate additional machinery including bulldozers (dozer), graders, and loaders confidently.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation.
Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on heavy equipment operation and site development.
