You’ll work closely with finance, investment operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless transitions across systems such as SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, or Aladdin, contributing directly to accounting accuracy, valuation integrity, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone with investment accounting depth, strong systems exposure, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally on complex initiatives.
About You
You are a finance or accounting expert with deep familiarity with investment data flows. You’ve supported or led the implementation of accounting and investment platforms within institutional environments, and you understand the operational impact of system architecture on daily investment processes. You thrive in structured environments but are comfortable translating evolving requirements into tested solutions.
As a Strategio Investment Systems Analyst, you will
Lead or support accounting and investment systems implementations, including conversions and data mapping
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to translate business requirements into system configurations
Validate trade, pricing, and position data to ensure accuracy across front‑to‑back workflows
Participate in UAT cycles, perform reconciliation testing, and document configuration outcomes
Investigate and resolve issues related to NAV calculations, position integrity, and derivative pricing
Align system behavior with IFRS and internal accounting standards
Serve as a bridge between operational teams and platform vendors (e.g., SimCorp, Eagle, Bloomberg)
Core Skills
Strong understanding of public market instruments, including equities, fixed income, money markets, and derivatives (futures, options, swaps, FX)
Knowledge of the full trade lifecycle: capture, enrichment, matching, settlement, corporate actions, position updates, and valuation
Deep familiarity with investment accounting concepts: IBOR vs ABOR, accruals, cost basis, realized/unrealized P&L;, FX translation, and exposure reporting
Experience working with investment management systems (IMS) such as SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, Eagle, or Aladdin
Understanding of data lineage from trade execution through to valuation and reporting, including pricing/reference data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE)
Proven ability in functional analysis and UAT: drafting and validating requirements, creating test cases, performing regression testing, and resolving data breaks
Skilled in reconciliation workflows: cash, positions, pricing, trade breaks, and valuation tie‑outs across front, middle, and back‑office systems
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with IFRS‑related reporting or investment audit preparation
Knowledge of front, middle, and back‑office investment workflows
Familiarity with data warehouses and batch processing tools
Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CBAP are a plus
