Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on fixture designs during project development
• Configure initial tooling setups and part programming




• Perform capability studies to refine production processes
• Assist with operator training needs
• Recommend modifications for improved machining efficiency

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
