Develop scheduled reports and executive performance reports.
Configure alerting, problem detection, anomaly detection, and notification channels.
Create custom metrics, calculated services, request attributes, and management zones.
Build Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and availability reports.
Configure Synthetic Monitoring for web applications and APIs.
Configure Real User Monitoring (RUM) where applicable.




Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
Support cloud monitoring across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Monitor Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and microservices settings.
Analyze application performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Work closely with DevOps and development teams during deployments and incident investigations.
Maintain monitoring standards, documentation, and best practices.
