You will work closely with the NSQIP Regional Team to identify improvements, review data, and develop annual projects aimed at elevating surgical standards. Your contributions will ensure enhanced care delivery and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:



• Work with Surgical Clinical Reviewer on quality initiatives • Analyze NSQIP data and reports for insights • Develop one quality improvement project yearly • Attend NSQIP meetings and ACS conferences as required • Report regularly to Local Department Head and stakeholders

Requirements: • Active Privileges plus CMPA, CPSBC Full required • Completion of IHI Open School modules within the year • Solid leadership and cooperative skills necessary • Commitment to quality improvement in surgery • Flexible hours for evening meetings and travel
