We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with a background in the modular structures industry. This role is responsible for maintaining and servicing modular units to ensure they meet the highest standards during turnaround and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to service calls dispatched by the Service Manager in a timely manner

Perform maintenance and repairs on units in yard and field environments

Coordinate third-party services, including cleaning, water delivery, fuel delivery, and parts procurement

Maintain accurate inventory and ensure parts are organized and readily available

Prepare for field work, ensuring service truck inventory is fully stocked for each trip

Maintain service vehicle in secure and proper working condition

Complete all required documentation and service reports accurately

Represent the company professionally and maintain positive client relationships

Work extended hours and travel to field locations as required

Key Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the modular structures industry
Furnaces and air conditioning systems
On-demand water heaters and water pumps
Satellite and entertainment systems
Saniflo sewage systems





Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry systems (preferred) Strong understanding of modular wellsite equipment and fleet operations

Familiarity with company procedures and operational practices

Basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision

Self-motivated with robust organizational skills

Valid safety certifications required (e.g., First Aid, H2S, PST, TDG, Fall Protection)
