This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, carpentry, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
Construct and assemble frameworks using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
Install framing components and other building materials according to specifications
Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
At least 5 years Proven experience in framing, carpentry, or related construction fields
Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
Knowledge of siding installation and restoration techniques is a plus
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
