You will ensure a high-quality experience for all participants while working collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. This role is about more than just fitness; it’s about community and motivation. Key Responsibilities:
Lead members through heart-rate driven workouts
Provide corrections and ensure proper workout form
Assist members in achieving their fitness goals
Partner with sales for recent member introductions
Keep abreast of fitness science and competitor offerings Requirements:
Group Fitness or Personal Training certification needed
CPR/AED/First Aid certification needed
Experience in group coaching is a plus
Energetic and passion-driven approach
