Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and comprehensive driving lessons tailored to each learner’s skill level and learning style
Explain traffic laws, road signs, vehicle controls, and safety protocols clearly and effectively
Assess learners’ driving abilities through practical tests and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Maintain detailed records of each lesson, progress reports, and learner evaluations
Ensure all lessons are conducted in accordance with local regulations and safety standards
Foster a positive learning setting that encourages questions, confidence-building, and skill mastery
Stay updated on traffic law changes, best teaching practices, and industry standards to enhance instructional quality
Experience
Must have Driving Instructor License
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in driver education or related fields
Robust communication skills to clearly convey instructions and build rapport with learners of diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle operation, and safety procedures relevant to the region
Ability to assess individual learner needs and tailor lessons accordingly
