Operate a residential recycling/waste collection vehicle in a safe, productive, and customer-focused manner on assigned routes.
The Residential
Driver is responsible for waste/recycling collection, vehicle safety inspections, and maintaining high service standards while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements. Safely operate a Manual Side-Load OR Rear Pack recycling collection truck on assigned residential routes. Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete all required daily documentation Operate hydraulic and compaction systems using proper techniques to prevent equipment damage Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or incidents immediately Maintain route productivity, service quality, and customer service standards Ensure compliance with all safety policies, PPE requirements, and traffic regulations Valid Ontario DZ (or higher)
