Duties
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and efficiency, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.
Assist in food handling and storage procedures to maintain safety and freshness of ingredients.
Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, plating, and portioning ingredients.
Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to uphold health standards across the kitchen.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout your shift.
Serve guests promptly and courteously, providing excellent food service experience from order to delivery.
Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly.
Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands multitasking and teamwork.
Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service best practices is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently under pressure.
Passion for culinary arts with a desire to grow skills within the food industry.
