Job Summary

We are seeking a Enforcement Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and secure setting for customers and employees. We're hiring for various retail/residential locations in the North York and the Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security of premises
Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
Respond to emergencies and incidents
Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to prevent violations
Provide assistance to customers and employees as needed
Complete reports on incidents and suspicious activities

Qualifications:
Valid security guard license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services. - Do not have a security license? We can help. Careers – VP Protection
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
Proven experience in security or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques




Background in law enforcement is a plus
